Grand Hall

 

located on the first floor of the Main Museum building has a lofty two-story high ceiling and an indoor balcony overlooking the Concho River. The fan shaped 2,300 Sq. Ft. main floor has a parquet mesquite wood floor, perfect for dancing. A grand stair leads to a 700 Sq. Ft., windowed indoor balcony, overlooking the hall and expansive view of the river. With an overall 3,000 Sq. Ft., the Grand Hall is ideal for large receptions, concerts, conferences, ceremonies, and more. A 500 Sq. Ft. caterer’s kitchen is adjacent to the Grand Hall.

 

  

         

 

 The Standing Capacity of the Grand Hall is 400.

The Seating Capacity (chairs only) of the Grand Hall is 300.

The Grand Hall’s capacity with tables and chairs of is 250.

The Grand Hall is equipped with a large 8’ 6” x 14’ 6” retractable screen, projector, and sound system.

A baby grand piano and a grand piano are available for use. The cost of tuning the pianos is added to the rental fee.

 

Rental Rate: $ 700 /half day (4 hrs.) or $ 1,750 /full day Friday and Saturday

$ 400/ half day or $800/ full day Sunday through Thursday

Security Deposit: 50% of Total Rental Rate

Cleaning Deposit: $50 for parties up 100 people, $100 for parties over 60

Kitchen Usage Fee: $250

A/V equipment Fee: $75

 

Staffing:

2 attendants.

If alcohol is served: 1 bartender & 1 security officer (for an additional fee.)

Events with over 100 guests: 1 uniformed security (for an additional fee.)
