    At SAMFA, we are deeply committed to nurturing creativity in children and making art accessible to all. Art Thursdays provide a space for families to explore, create, and connect through engaging projects designed for all ages. Whether you're a returning participant or joining us for the first time, we invite you to be part of this special program.

    This event is free and open to the public. Drop in anytime between 4-7 PM in the Education Studio and enjoy an evening of artistic fun in a welcoming, community-driven space.

    Angelo State Faculty & Friends Recital at SAMFA

    April 6, 2025 – 2:00 pm

    Experience an afternoon of remarkable chamber music as the Angelo State University music faculty presents a dynamic recital at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts on April 6 at 2:00 PM. The program features an exciting mix of classical and contemporary works, including Mendelssohn’s virtuosic Rondo Capriccioso, Mozart’s lively “Madamina, il catalogo è questo”, and the rich tango rhythms of Piazzolla’s Histoire du Tango. From soaring melodies to intricate jazz influences, this concert promises something for every music lover. Don’t miss this special performance by ASU’s outstanding faculty!
