JoElla Mendez

JoElla was born and raised in San Angelo, Texas where she attended Angelo State University and completed her BFA specializing in graphic design. She worked as a graphic designer for the San Angelo Museum of Fine arts until 2013 when she went on to complete her second Bachelors in studio art specializing in Painting from the University of North Texas. JoElla then moved back to San Angelo where she began working with clay and is a part of the clay community by working at the Concho Clay Studio.
