San Angelo’s five museums will celebrate National Museum Day on Saturday, September 26.
All five museums will be open free of charge (donations welcome) with some having special programs, exhibits and events.
Visit at least 3 museums and be eligible for a drawing to win a free gift basket sponsored by San Angelo’s five museums.
All guests are asked to wear masks when they are inside any building. Social distancing should be followed in any public area.

Including Charles Goodnight-Texas Icon exhibit at Visitors Center Barracks 1;
fort’s gun crew will be firing hourly salutes from 10 am to 3 pm.

All guests visiting any institution will receive a card they can have punched at each museum. After visiting at least three museums a guest is eligible for a drawing of a special gift basket sponsored by San Angelo’s five museums. Guests may leave their card at any one site and they will be collected for the drawing on Monday, September 28.
