Rental Policy
Fees:
$70.00 90 minutes 4-10 children (Due before the party begins)
$90.00 90 minutes 11-15 children
$25.00 each additional hour
$25.00 refundable deposit (Due when signing the contract)
Includes:
Access to the Education Studio and the Ruth Blanks Matlock Education Patio.
A group tour through the museum if requested. (Docent will be provided.)
One hands-on art project based upon a book from the Birthday Binder from the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts selected by you. A museum staff member will read the book and instruct how to create the project that directly relates to the book. All materials will be provided.
Rules and Regulations:
1. Any request for changes in group size or time must be made at least 5 days in advance.
2. Children must be supervised by an adult (at least 18) at all times.
3. No nails, tacks, tape or staples may be used on any part of the studio's walls. You may use the cork border to hang any streamers, ribbons, posters, signs, etc.
4. The rented space must be left in its original condition. The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts will provide normal cleaning of the facilities.
5. The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6. The renter accepts full responsibility for any injury to persons or property that is the result of the renter's actions. The renter also agrees to reimburse SAMFA for any damages to the property or costs incurred as the result of any member of the visiting party.
7. The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts Education Studio is a non-smoking and non-alcoholic facility.
8. Firearms or weapons of any kind are prohibited on the grounds of the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts.
