The
2005 - 2006 season will feature seven glorious concerts along with the ever
popular Angelo State University F.A.M.E. concert which supports scholarships
for outstanding students.
Several local caterers and restaurants will provide refreshments for the concerts
held at the museum including Jerry Baker of Baker Street Coffee House, John
and Lisa Fuentes of Fuentes Café Downtown, Michael Hennessy and Carletta
DeLonjay of the River Terrace Restaurant, Terry and Janelle Nolan of The Wharf,
Jerry and Susan Warnell of the Silo House, and Henry Wiens of San Angelo Community
Medical Center. Fresh, complimentary coffee will be furnished by DeCoty Coffee.
This season we have organized several different classical chamber music programs
featuring a great brass quintet, an award-winning string quartet, and a distinguished
piano and violin duo.
Expanding our musical repertoire will be a fiery Flamenco quartet, a jazz
vocal duo featuring songs from Gershwin to Stevie Wonder, and a flute and marimba
duo
whose
repertoire includes music from Bach to Argentine tangos to Appalachian folk
songs. Finally, we have again drawn upon the wonderful talent of Angelo State
University for our Series finale. We look forward to seeing you throughout
this season of extraordinarymusical performances.
